Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping within Singapore on all orders above $100.00
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Do your machines come with a warranty?
Yes. All machines will come with their standand warranty.
Do note that the warranty do not cover the following:
- Damage caused by accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Damage resulting from abuse or improper care.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Failure to operate the product correctly.
- Failure to follow cleaning instructions.
- Failure to comply with specified safeguards.
- Inconsistencies due to manufacturer decisions.
- Use at commercial & office locations [ For Home Grinders ].
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days, provided the machine is unused and in original packaging.
This timeframe allows sufficient opportunity for customers to thoroughly inspect their purchase. Please note that our policy operates on a carry-in basis, which means it is the customer's responsibility to bring the product to our office for inspection and servicing. We can arrange transportation at a cost if requested.
