Cutting-Edge Grinding Performance: 

At the heart of the VS3 is a 48mm conical burr set, featuring a 6-core design with a 38mm inner diameter. Crafted from high-nitrogen 420 stainless steel, the burrs achieve a hardness of HRC58, providing durability and a burr life of up to 150kg of coffee. This ensures a consistent grind over time, with precise particle distribution for a better brew.

Stepless Adjustment for Unmatched Precision: 

The VS3 offers stepless grind adjustment, allowing for micro-level tweaks with a relative vertical burr shift of just 10 microns (0.01mm) per increment. This flexibility ensures that you can dial in your grind size with precision, whether you're pulling shots of espresso or brewing a perfect pour-over.

Efficient, Quiet, and Consistent: 

Equipped with a powerful 100W DC motor, the VS3 grinds with a load speed of 170 RPM and uses a stainless steel gearbox for smooth, consistent operation. An 18g dose can be ground in 34 seconds for espresso at the #4 setting, or in 25 seconds for filter coffee at the #10 setting. Despite its speed, the grinder operates quietly, allowing you to enjoy the process without noise disturbance.

Minimal Retention, Maximum Flavor: 

Designed for low retention, the VS3 ensures that your coffee stays fresh with every grind. With the use of RDT (Ross Droplet Technique), retention is less than 0.1g for a 10g dose, while without RDT it remains below 0.2g, keeping your grounds as fresh and uniform as possible.

The VS3’s body is constructed from ADC12 die-cast and machined aluminum, providing strength, durability, and stability for daily use. This solid construction, combined with its robust motor and stainless steel burr set, ensures the grinder can handle even the most demanding brewing needs.

Important Note for Light Roasts: 

While the VS3 excels at grinding for both espresso and filter coffee, please exercise caution when using it for underdeveloped light-roasted beans at espresso settings. These beans can be challenging to grind, so be sure to feed them slowly or adjust to a slightly coarser grind size to protect the burrs.
